Jingzhou completed an investment of RMB 13.07 billion in 2020. Among them, it invested in expressways with RMB 5.508 billion, ordinary highways RMB 5.71 billion, port and shipping construction RMB 1.605 billion, and station construction RMB 250 million. 

Expressways: Yangjiachang-Mengjiaxi Section of Shagong Expressway has been completed and accepted; 58 kilometers of Jiangbei Expressway east extension were checked and accepted at the end of 2020; The Jingzhou East Service Area of Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway started construction, with an investment of RMB 96 million. 

Trunk highways: Jingzhou completed 59 kilometers and 261.3 kilometers of roadbed and road surface of ordinary highways respectively in 2020. G318 Shashi Section, G351 Jiangling Haoxue-Qinshi Section, S322 Shashi First-level Highway Section, Jiangling Urban Area Section of the First-level Highway along the river and other projects were completed and opened to traffic. The preliminary work of a batch of "14th Five-Year Plan" projects such as the reconstruction project from G351 Honghu Xindi to Jiepai Section, Songzi Urban Area to Liujiachang Section, and the reconstruction project of S221 Gong'an Urban Area to Ouchi Section started ahead of schedule. 

Rural highways: Jingzhou City completed 1,890 kilometers of newly renovated and expanded rural highways, of which 150.3 kilometers of the village merging project, 295.5 kilometers of the road widening project and 1,444.2 kilometers of the rural road upgrading project have been completed. It completed 1,122.2 kilometers of "455" security project and built 1,046.7 kilometers of beautiful rural roads. 

Development of water transport and station logistics: Jingzhou City has completed fixed-asset investment of RMB 1.605 billion in water transport. The 6-berth hydraulic project of the Cheyanghe Comprehensive Wharf (Phase II) Project of Jingzhou Port was checked and accepted; The berths 3-6# in the first phase of the Hubei Jingzhou Coal and Iron-Water Combined Transport Reserve Base have been constructed and the port machinery has been installed basically, while the rear land area is under construction; The hydraulic part of the Gong’an Gangbu River Yangtze River Sand and Gravel Consolidation Center was basically completed, and the rear land area is under construction. 

Jingzhou City invested in the construction of station logistics of RMB 250 million in total. The Honghu Passenger Station was fully completed, and the Songzi City West Freight Logistics Park started construction.
